I have tested most solutions for implementing reviews and a social walls onto our website out there. I have to say that EmbedSocial was the most accessible, easy to use, and convenient so far. As we have built a custom site from scratch, the easy implementation is a standout feature for us which is light on the website, so we don't have to compromise on speed. From all the tested solutions, it offered the broadest range of features necessary for us as a company, especially when it comes to modern designs and customization options. Even though EmbedSocial didn't have all the requirements we were initially looking for, the team was very responsive and cooperative, trying to figure out a solution that would satisfy all our needs regarding required features and design adjustments. As we are very meticulous about design, especially when it comes to our shop and branding, it is difficult to find all the requirements, particularly for fixed solutions. EmbedSocial offers a lot of variety but when it comes to making it fit perfectly, some custom CSS is unavoidable. The implemented AI Assistant feature for making such changes didn't really work yet, so we had to meticulously search through all the code to make the proper adjustments so the embed would fit. In short, the best thing to like about Embed Social is whoever is in charge of hiring is phenomenal at their job. I've worked with Teo and Antonia and can't say enough about how well they performed both during the video calls and the speed and accuracy with which they provided solutions via email. Yes, the software is impressive, reliable, and does a great job of making short work of big tasks. But finding the right people to represent your company, to know your product like they created it, and treating your customers as if they were their own... that's rare. Major kudos all around.
