The back office interface is by far the best one we trialled during a selection we ran a few years back. It has evolved since then to make it even easier to manage digital signage at scale. The in-build device management functionality also gives you real-time metrics about devices that could be failing. The features offered for front end rendering are robust and constantly maintained to add new functionality like trending social platforms. We deployed the first range of screens ourselves and then used a vendor to deploy the rest which I would recommend for any deployments at scale. The support team is very responsive, normally coming back within the hour during business hours and having knowledge about both software but also potential hardware or network issues. The price points can be a little high when you're getting started. Once we scaled up they became more reasonable. The hardware & software setup takes some getting used to but this is to be expected in the signage world. We had implementors install the screens in the end as it was just easier. We are an Elementary School with one digital Display outside the school office. We needed signage software that was affordable, easy to use, MAC OS compatible, and customize the signage so it did not look generic. We wanted to be able to have the school Logo, school statement, weather, and spot for announcements. Embedded came the closest to meeting all our wishes. I was delighted with the company's helpful and constructive service. They were quick to help with any questions. You also get expert advice on structural issues. The software is very easy to integrate into your digital signage strategy. It is very customer-friendly. Video guides are very good, which helps to build the pages very quickly. The ability to quickly update and publish changes to screens makes it a very responsive system. We currently use 10 screens throughout the business and the ability to access all screens from any device and location means anyone with access to the back office can respond to changes very quickly.
