Ended up going with a different service **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2021 **What do you like best about embed signage?** We really really enjoyed the customer service that came with the product, Embed Signage. They (a representative) reached out to us regularly to make sure we were getting the best bang for our buck. I enjoyed knowing that I would have somebody that I could reach out to should I encounter a problem. Oftentimes, when dealing with an online program, you feel like there isn't a human face to the company, but this was not the case here, with Embed. We did not end up upgrading our subscription to paid, but if we did, I would know who to contact with any possible questions or concerns that I needed answered. **What do you dislike about embed signage?** We did a ton of research into different providers for the service we were looking for. I was first drawn to Embed by the name of the company, as I was interested in a video feed that would be embeddable on our company intranet. Unfortunately, it was not possible within our budget. While no product on the market could do this at the pricepoint we were looking for, we found options for digital screens that were a better fit for us, and easier to use. We ended up choosing one of Embed's competitors because it was intutive to use and very welcoming as an interface. **Recommendations to others considering embed signage:** We choose ScreenCloud over this service but Embed is a fair second choice. **What problems is embed signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We didn't end up using the paid version of this software but it's a good backup if we should lose our other service. Ease of use and efficiency are important to us in choosing a software, as it doesn't relate directly to our business - just a "nice to have" element to our working environment. **Official Response from Drew Harding:** > Thanks for the kind words, it really is nice to hear that we ticked most of the boxes especially when it comes to customer service. Once I added a device it was fairly intuitive to add a layout and playlist and to publish it to the new device. **What do you dislike about embed signage?** Sometimes the UI stutters or the mouse movement doesn't register when resizing elements. Once you get used to the idiosyncrasies of the interface, it's easy to edit elements of the layout. **What problems is embed signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm demoing the system right now and evaluating a possible replacement for another signage product. **Official Response from Drew Harding:** > Thanks for the feedback, great to see you're finding things easy to use!
