Emargix replaces paper sign-in sheets for trainings, workshops and meetings. Create an event in minutes, share a link or QR code, and participants sign on their own phone, with no app to install. Each signature is timestamped and linked to the previous one in a tamper-evident hash chain. Export a PDF attendance register with your logo, ready for donors, funders and auditors. Optional compliance features add ID numbers, a photo at signing, geolocation and duplicate detection, plus a one-click audit pack. Built for low-end phones and weak mobile connections, in French and English, with prices in euros or CFA francs.
