I really like how easy it is to adjust workflows without depending on IT, and the integrations with KEP and digital signature tools work flawlessly. **What do you dislike about Emakin?** Mobile interface customization could be enhanced for specific modules, but overall user experience is excellent. **What problems is Emakin solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Emakin to manage both our internal workflows and our clients’ KEP (Registered e-Mail) processes. It brought all our document handling, approvals, and digital signing together in one secure platform. Our teams work faster and with fewer errors now. I really like how easy it is to update workflows and how stable the integrations are. The support team is also very responsive. A bit more flexibility on mobile would be great, but overall, Emakin has been a solid and reliable solution for us. ### 3.
