In x4 I was able to use the gant chart feature in project table but in x5 that is not yet available.

Centralizes asset management, work order management, resource allocation and many more in the same place. Along with a very great mobile app.

Some features need to be manually altered to fit the company, but this is quickly sorted out by the IMP team at eMaint.

Centralizing documentation and work order management in regards to maintenance, both preventive and corrective. Adds audit trails to everything that is performed which allows for seamless auditing of the company.

It has changed the way that we schedule and track our field service technicians. Also we are also building a stonger more useful database for preventive maintenance and spare parts. It also help us tor quality assurance digital records and customer satisfaction surveys.

It has been a process and some people have not fully embraced the new web platform and app.

**What do you like best about eMaint?**

The ability to configure the system to suit our needs. We have developed a number of initiatives within the system, with input from the Fluke team, that have added better insight into not just our maintenance operations but also our production objectives

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

One of the main weaknesses in the iPad interface for X4, it requires separate development of forms and has limited layout functionality.
The second weakness is around the the number of configurable fields (256) available in the system which has limited some of the things we would like to do within the system, however this is an X4 limitation only vs X5.
The third weakness would be the function editor within the system that uses FoxPro, this isn't as intuitive as a more updated language and has some limitations. Although it isn't too hard to learn, it can be a little cumbersome to write 'complex' functions and math.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking asset performance and managing the wealth of data that is associated with any asset. The eMaint system has given us a central repository for all of our engineering data which allows us to resolve problems faster, identify parts and spares more efficiently and track costs across our maintenance operations. The ability to configure the system as we need it has also allowed us to leverage the system to track business items outside of engineering assets; we use our system to track individuals training and training courses as well as our company incident reporting compltion.

Emaint is a fast and user-friendly CMMS system. Adding new assets is quick and straightforward, work orders are easy to follow, and the customer support team is always responsive and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

The only drawback I’ve found is that when I search for a work order, I cannot open it in a new browser tab with a simple middle mouse click, which makes navigation a bit less convenient.

Emaint CMMS makes it easy to manage work orders and assets in one place, saving time and improving efficiency. The quick setup and reliable support team make the system even more valuable.

**What do you like best about eMaint?**

We use eMaint daily for production maintenance and its very helpful keeping track of all of our maintenance inventory, actively removing parts as they are used and even populating our reorder list when on hand inventory gets low.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

We have a lot of unused data from our previous system but plan to clean it up during our X5 transition later this year. There isn't much we dislike about X4 but we are excited to start using some of the new features in X5!

Visibility and data on asset performance. This information is very helpful when trying to justify new equipment.

**What do you like best about eMaint?**

I love how intuitive eMaint is. If you can use Excel, you will love that is is like that and better. If I had to pick one reason I would never leave Fluke, is the reporting functions. Being able to set up a report in a couple of minutes and have it atuo generating out to team is amazing.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

They have a great customer service team and you can hop on a chat and get things resolved (mostly teaching me what I am doing wrong). I just wish that during that chat function we couldshadow my screen or account. Sending pictures is not the same as showing something live.

Custom featured. Ours environment is very agile from equipment assets to virtual assets (architectural room numbers). We needed a solution that could bring together engineering maintained items, as well as customer (scientists, nurses, front office staff) to the same portal to ensure requests are being made from Transportation, to EVS, to Real Estate and Construction.

eMaint is very straightforward to learn and implement into your maintenance program. I use this software daily to manage assets and develop PM schedules. It has helped our plant avoid a substantial amount of machine downtime by being proactive and managing PMs. The features to add machine user manuals, work instructions, sign off forms, parts check out and more for each asset helps keep things organized in one place. The report building feature is an awesome tool to utilize in eMaint. We employ many weekly reports to analyze machine and maintenance technician efficiency. Building custom dashboards from this data with charts and graphs is also a great visual tool. Their support team is always very quick to respond and resolve any issues.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

There are a lot of functions and features that are available in eMaint. Some features can go really in depth and need additional help to understand. Thankfully eMaint puts out a lot of free webinars that go in depth on how to use certain areas of their program.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have a good way to track assets and record any data for these assets. eMaint has helped us track issues or breakdown of machinery that happens between scheduled PMs. eMaint has helped us identify weaknesses in our PM schedule by analyzing corrective PMs. This has also helped us develop justifications to machine replacement by having records for machines that were having constant breakdowns and recording the cost of parts and labor it took to repair aging machines.

The user-friendly interface has a very clean feel over some of the other CMMS programs that I've used in the past. Customer support is very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We have been able to integrate other features into our maintenance management to work with our inventory tracking and oil analysis labs seamlessly. The functionality of work order management helps me to keep things organized and track equipment history across the numerous assets we have throughout the plant. We were able to implement eMaint easily across our maintenance and production departments for the various roles within them. I use eMaint daily, and its intuitive design makes even frequent, repetitive tasks more efficient and less of a hassle.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

Building advanced reports in eMaint can be a bit of a challenge for those without JSON coding experience. The ability to close out multiple work orders at once would be a helpful feature, as it would be a major time saver when cleaning up a backlog. Similarly, the ability to delete multiple steps in a task procedure at once would be a huge time saver when implementing large changes to several procedures at one time.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before eMaint, our company was using a much less intuitive system to track and manage work orders which was more time consuming and more prone to errors. With eMaint, online access to all of our tasks, work orders, and inventory ensures all of our technicians and supervisors stay on the same page in real time, really streamlining the process of maintenance management. Additionally, before eMaint, much of our maintenance department's work was reactive rather than proactive. eMaint's has allowed us to schedule our preventive and predictive maintenance in a much more efficient fashion, and track completion in real time. This has led to a significant improvement in equipment reliability and timely repairs.

eMaint makes managing our maintenace system very easy, whether it be the ability to directly send work orders to a workers phone or having a self generated report on a wide range of information gathered from within eMaint. My favourite part of eMaint CMMS is the simplicity, which is the same across all features within the application, especially now we have moved over to the x5 version. The customer service team are also brilliant with any questions you have or modifications you may want to make with swift replies and offering their own training to really get a grip on the CMMS.

I dont have any complaints of the web version, I would just like to see more features added on the mobile version i.e. inventory

It can be used to run everything from a small shop to building space ships! I have brought eMaint with me to my current employer and it has been great. The tech support and online support are very quick to respond.

Just like any system, there is a learning curve. But their support team is extremely helpful.

Being able to track asset history and expernses is a game changer for our business. My ability to explain my costs and expenses has made getting budget adjustments way easier.

The interface is extremely user friendly. It is very simple to give access and credentials to personnel.

I have not figured out how to integrate it with my procurement software. I don’t think that is an eMaint capability lapse. We just have not done it successfully, yet.

eMaint allows us to track and report historical data. The inventory function is wonderful as well.

scale. being able to connect sensors. support was not that great!

the scale, it did more that we would ever need. we could not get a lot of customization. Everytime they made updates they would put them in a new version and charge extra for it.

We no longer use emaint.

**What do you like best about eMaint?**

We are happy with how work orders flow for the most part. And compared to other top tier CMMS solutions, Emaint is definitely competitive with their pricing. They are open to suggestions, and they have been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

There are a few items that we are not overjoyed about. Searching for assets can be a bit of a hassle when it comes to getting the results you are looking for. Our Parts area of Emaint took almost a year to get fixed after issues occurred during implementation.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of you to  be able to open a work order on the casino floor with a mobiel phone instead of taking notes and waiting to open when I get back to my desk.

Our system is still in progress but so far we are very impressed with the Fluke representatives that have been assisting us as we work towards standing up our system. From sales to support Fluke has all the bases covered.

I don't fully understand why when I select assets from the side bar it always pulls up the most recent record.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We'll be using the system for asset maintenance and calibration tracking. As well generating WOs and automactically assinging them.
