EmailStrategist is the email strategy layer for lean in-house teams running serious email programs. You know the playbook. Segments that convert, resends of last year's winners, briefs your designer doesn't hate. You just never get to it, because the hours go to building sends and answering every question that lands in your inbox. EmailStrategist connects to your Klaviyo account and reads your campaigns, your flows, and your full history. Then it hands you a ranked list of what to do next, with each move sized by the revenue it's worth and the time it takes. The audit, the opportunities, the calendar, and the briefs your team would build if they had the runway, already done. It is not a replacement for your team. It is not an AI that writes emails from a blank prompt. It is not another dashboard. Dashboards tell you what happened. EmailStrategist tells you what to do next, and what it's worth if you do it. Built by a retention marketer who spent 20 years running enterprise email programs at Chewy, Amazon, Overstock, and Bed Bath & Beyond, now built for the one or two person team doing that same job with a fraction of the resources. Works with any ESP, best on Klaviyo.
