I have been using email marketing solutions for the last 10 years and have used over 15-20 solutions now. But I feel Email Octopus is probably the best tool that offers comprehensive features to meet all your requirements and at the same time is cost-effective for various types of teams depending on the usage. As such, I feel the overall package has very few cons, but the only thing that could be improved is the onboarding support. The transition from sales to onboarding team could be streamlined more.
