I ahve been a long time user of Sendy and this hasd far exceeded mys expectations as a replecement for Sendy. Its a big bonus that my clients also like the interface and system. I've had this program for a few weeks now and it took me that long to get everything setup just the way I need it. It's a big step to go to a self-hosted email solution but like everyone the MTA option where I can have unlimited emails without getting charged per emails really appeals at my business size. It took me two weeks to get approved for Amazon SES and then I made a few setup mistakes along the way. I've sent 100+ emails to support and they've worked me through every issue, updated the software based on my suggestions and basically been aces. I upgraded to Tier 3 because I know this platform has a big future. I was really scared to finally take the plunge and setup my own IP addresses and MTA but I took the plunge last night and it took my only a couple of hours. I'm not nearly technical enough to do this on my own but their copy and paste instructions are perfectly written and worked on the first try. You do have to go a little outside your comfort zone but the app is improving on a daily basis, so it's worth being here at the beginning for this awesome deal. I thought the MTA would be crazy complicated but they showed me how to do it and have 3 IPs for my business really easily. This software is really amazing and I'm excited for what the future holds. What do you dislike about EmailDelivery.com? You do have to get under the hood and learn to go into the command line and log into Linus and set somethings up manually. This can be a little bit scary. In my tests so far, the software has been very robust, and new features are being added quickly as the services grows and develops. The developers seem to care about customers, listen to their feedback, and actively implement suggestions based on customer needs. I also like the fact I can use emaildelivery.com not just to host and run my own email platform, but that I can my platform to sell email services to other companies in the future. At the moment, the ability to use logic to create complex automations like you might in Active Campaign is more limited, but this functionality is growing, and if you want to trigger campaigns and messages based on simple tags and user actions, everything you need is already here. I had a technical problem and excellent support helped me out. Additionally, when I had a lack of understanding about the back end, support was prompt and courteous. There are no specific issues with the app itself, but as a user with limited understanding of English, I would like the front interface to support multiple languages. However, I felt that the support team was attentive to my requests for multilingual support. I feel that it is only a matter of time before they accommodate multiple languages.
