Running a digital marketing agency, I needed to make sure that my client service team was replying to clients promptly. This tool enables me to do so. It's simple, yet accomplished what I needed. What problems is EmailAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you? We had some client complaints that their project managers did not reply to their emails promptly. I believe the design could be a little better for its users, not everyone has the same vision when wearing i think we can have a more modern and flashy look so it is not functional but also beautiful. thats is my opinion. I did not find it difficult to use only it is necessary to understand and use it correctly so that I have a good result. I use to see the quality of my emails sent to my clients this is very good because I get informed, Every company has to have a help in their email metrics to be able to analyze their submissions and know how is the relationship with their customers and I found using and testing.
