It helps us eradicate the shortcomings of our email newsletters to our clients. **What do you dislike about EmailAnalytics?** The organic conversion of the email analytics is not showing a true picture of the people who are actually accessing the emails and newsletters. Many users have out a filter of marking the emails as read and archiving the emails from certain organisation. Analytics should consider these aspects on the end user. **Recommendations to others considering EmailAnalytics:** Please consider your organisational requirements and only use Email Analytics if you are running a mass campaign on email. **What problems is EmailAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to track the people and locations of our agents who are able to access our email newsletters. More pressing issues of which email campaigns are not working and which are working can be easily determined by Analytics. We focus more on locations which have higher percentage of read receipts. It helps us decide out email campaign budgets. ### 3.
