Its ability to segment audience makes targeting easier. **What do you dislike about Email Blaster?** While we talk more about the toool, the reporting dashboard can be improved. It takes longer time for dashboards to load. 3rd party integrations are not as how I thought it would be. **What problems is Email Blaster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well for starters as mentioned in my above comments, the ease of use and segmentation is boosting our open rates which inturn is increasing our revenue.
