EM POS™ is a purpose-built point-of-sale system designed for the demands of independent grocery, liquor, bakery, butcher, and fresh food retailers. Fully integrated with EM Cloud™, EM POS™ gives your team a fast, intuitive checkout experience while feeding real-time data back to your central management system. Image and text product buttons enable rapid item selection, while seamless EFTPOS integration supports multiple payment providers. EM POS™ handles refunds and exchanges with configurable manager authorisation, gift voucher and coupon processing, age verification prompts for liquor compliance, and customer-facing dual screens for advertising and transaction display. Built-in loyalty through Ezi Rewards lets you reward members and deploy targeted promotions at the point of sale. Role-based staff permissions keep your team accountable and your data secure. Receipt marketing lets you put promotional messaging in customers' hands at every transaction. EM POS™ is available in standard and slim-line (EM POS™ X) configurations, and integrates with GaP's full range of scales, labellers, and self-checkout hardware. In-house support and training mean your team is looked after from day one.
