EM Cloud™ is a cloud-based retail management platform built specifically for independent grocery, liquor, fuel, bakery, and fresh food operators across Australia and New Zealand. Developed entirely in-house by a team that has walked the floor of independent supermarkets, EM Cloud™ replaces traditional on-site back-office infrastructure with a browser-based system accessible from any device, anywhere. Manage pricing, inventory, promotions, and reporting across single or multiple store locations from one central login. EM Cloud™ integrates with Australia's major buying groups including Metcash, ALM, Foodland, and Spar, and connects with Xero, MYOB, and over 100 retail partners. Key features include intelligent auto-ordering that analyses sales history to generate purchase recommendations, live stocktake functionality that keeps your store operational during counting, investment buy tools, waste management with expiry date alerts, campaign management, and built-in loyalty through Ezi Rewards. Comprehensive financial, sales, stock, and KPI reporting gives head office and store managers the visibility they need to make confident decisions. With in-house development, support, and training teams based in Adelaide, GaP Solutions builds and adjusts EM Cloud™ around the real needs of independent retailers, and is always looking for new ways to help customers trade smarter.
