Easy to use mail product that integrates well with microsoft windows 10. Em client has good organization capabilities and presents a good visual way of organizing and identifying emails. Setup was pretty straight forward and integration with host mail services (use godaddy, gmail and mail) was not a problem. Also easy to setup multiple email id feeds. Sometimes trying to find certain functions like archiving are not so straight forward and had to refer to documentation which is a little weak. Have had one instance of for some reason em client downloading the entire host email set randomly creating duplicates- never did figure out why but it never happened again. It has many features that allow you to open several email accounts at the same time and on the same platform. It also includes features for calendar, tasks and contact management. It would be ideal to have this tool as a mobile application, to be able to access all my emails from my smartphone. I am in charge of managing the email of the department, which works on a dozen projects at a time, and this tool has been a great help in keeping a correct record of all projects. When eM Client detects an email, it shows a sidebar with the contact details and exposes the email conversation links between you and a contact. This way, I am able to consult past conversations directly, so I don't have to change from "Inbox" to "Sent Messages", this is a great advantage it has over any other mail manager. In addition, it works very well as a Windows Live Mail migration alternative and it makes incredibly easy to set up multiple email accounts and supports the main providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and even AOL). I feel the way in which eM Client classifies junk mail is a bit inaccurate, because I have obtained important emails in the spam folder that come from accounts with which I constantly interact.
