Elva is a HIPAA compliant front-office platform for dental practices, multi-location groups, and DSOs. Elva is an AI Workspace for dental practices to handle patient calls, recall and reactivation, insurance verification, digital forms and intake, and revenue-cycle workflows in one system, and integrates with practice management software including Open Dental. Clinical-facing outputs, such as visit notes and treatment plans, are drafted for the treating dentist to review and approve. Nothing is finalized without sign-off though. Elva is designed to take on front-desk and administrative work that practices don't have the staff to cover, working alongside existing teams. It's built to hold the office's own knowledge, policies, preferences, and the way things are actually done there, so that expertise doesn't walk out the door when an experienced staff member leaves.
