Elucidate works with Airvantage in building machine-learning models that we apply within our systems to optimise various facets of our offerings to mobile network operators. By doing in depth analysis into our current marketing campaigns, they were able to assist us in identifying which days of the week are better suited for our marketing campaigns as well as specific times of the day that we should be sending out our marketing for it to be more effective. We had multiple engagements with providers prior to Elucidate. The challenge we faced was providers not understanding our business and our data objectives.
