"Seamless Onboarding with Stellar Support"

What do you like best about Create?

I appreciate the mobile compatibility and analytics features of Elucidat, which have been instrumental in hosting elearning on mobile devices. The onboarding process was incredibly straightforward, supported by an amazing onboarding team. The software's user-friendliness, along with the ability to customize brand standard colors and text themes, enhances our elearning courses aesthetically. Furthermore, the integration with Canva and Premiere Pro is seamless, aiding in designing graphics and editing videos for course creation. What do you dislike about Create?

I find the organization of files in Elucidat needs improvement. It's not as intuitive as I would like, and I wish it was more like a basic desktop file system where clicking and dragging was easier. Additionally, an analytic overview feature to easily assess if the connection and reporting to the LMS were successful would be beneficial. This improvement would enhance communication with Elucidat. We appreciate your feedback on translation reviewer access and multi-language costs. External Collaborators can be invited to review courses without a seat, and these are free and unlimited. For translation editing, we’ve just introduced a new Translator role, a dedicated translation review and editing seat that’s available at a lower cost than a full seat. Your Account Manager would be happy to explore the best options for editor roles with you if needed.

Our team is also actively exploring further ways to make reviewer collaboration even more flexible and cost-effective, so your input is really valuable in shaping our roadmap.

don’t like that Elucidat feels a bit too rigid creatively. I’d miss the freedom to build more complex interactions and gamified elements the way I can in Storyline. Elucidat solves the problem of scaling e-learning production without losing consistency or control. What do you like best about Create?

This was my first time using an authoring tool, and I found Elucidat incredibly easy to learn and use. It’s intuitive—very much like working in PowerPoint, but with superpowers! The final results are impressive, and the implementation within our organisation was smooth and fast.

The Customer Success team provided all the training we needed and set everything up so we could start using it straight away. I use the Elucidat module daily, and I’m continuously discovering new features while improving my learning design skills.

The final SCORM package is also very easy to integrate into both our LMS and internal platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Create?

The only small challenge I’ve encountered is that, when you're still learning the platform, it's not always obvious or intuitive to switch between Author and Layout modes while creating a module.

Similarly, when reviewing a module, the comments in the Review section are only visible in that view—you need to switch back to Author mode to make changes, which means you can’t see the review comments at the same time. What problems is Create solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we could only share internal knowledge through recorded or live webinars, or by using documents and PowerPoint presentations. Now, we’re able to create interactive internal modules, which enriches our learning offer by making the most of the expertise we already have in-house.

"The Re-Release feature is a game changer"

What do you like best about Create?

Honestly, the Re-Release feature changed everything for us. We build a lot of courses that need updates after they go live, and this makes it super easy to push changes without starting from scratch. No more duplicate versions or messy reuploads, just a few clicks and done. It saves time, keeps everything clean, and helps us move fast.

"Great experience using Elucidat"

What do you like best about Create?

The flexibility it provides our company to allow multiple users to create courses, having the ability to update the parent course (and all child courses automatically updating), being able to upload into our LMS or send online links, having courses connected to brands for easy style-related changes, and being able to update in Elucidat and refresh the course in our LMS vs. having to upload it each time.
