It’s one of the standout features that keeps people coming back. **What do you dislike about Create?** Editing can feel clunky Some users say the editing experience isn’t as smooth or intuitive as they’d like. The software's user-friendliness, along with the ability to customize brand standard colors and text themes, enhances our elearning courses aesthetically. Furthermore, the integration with Canva and Premiere Pro is seamless, aiding in designing graphics and editing videos for course creation. The exceptional support team provides insightful analyses and ratings of our courses, which is both helpful and impressive. **What do you dislike about Create?** I find the organization of files in Elucidat needs improvement. It's not as intuitive as I would like, and I wish it was more like a basic desktop file system where clicking and dragging was easier. Additionally, an analytic overview feature to easily assess if the connection and reporting to the LMS were successful would be beneficial. It’s intuitive—very much like working in PowerPoint, but with superpowers! The final results are impressive, and the implementation within our organisation was smooth and fast. The Customer Success team provided all the training we needed and set everything up so we could start using it straight away. I use the Elucidat module daily, and I’m continuously discovering new features while improving my learning design skills. The final SCORM package is also very easy to integrate into both our LMS and internal platforms. **What do you dislike about Create?** The only small challenge I’ve encountered is that, when you're still learning the platform, it's not always obvious or intuitive to switch between Author and Layout modes while creating a module. Similarly, when reviewing a module, the comments in the Review section are only visible in that view—you need to switch back to Author mode to make changes, which means you can’t see the review comments at the same time. This can make the editing process a bit less efficient. **What problems is Create solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, we could only share internal knowledge through recorded or live webinars, or by using documents and PowerPoint presentations. Now, we’re able to create interactive internal modules, which enriches our learning offer by making the most of the expertise we already have in-house. Like how can make variations, language differences and reviews. Also, great that it is all cloud based and we can have multiple people work on and collaborate on projects. The different permission settings available to set for people is really useful. **What do you dislike about Create?** It isn't very user friendly and intuitive to author. It is a bit fidly to try and make it look how you want it too. Especially as more advanced designers. Not having good undo capability to try things and then just go back a few steps. Frustrating to have to switch between author and layout mode to just figure out a layout. Can get time consuming to not be able to style a section/interaction then copy and paste that onto different pages (or save in a bank of styled widgets) to have consistency throughout a course or between courses. It can be glitchy. **What problems is Create solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to relatively quickly author courses and create more scrolling webpage style pages that can be embedded into our LMS. It is great for being able to co-work on projects, flexible options for persmissions for roles to meet our different needs. Solving the problem of needing multiple variations and languages while keeping them linked to a master course.
