Eloria is an AI-powered property management assistant for companies managing residential buildings, condominiums, and communities. Residents communicate directly with Eloria through WhatsApp or email, without installing an app. Eloria answers questions, handles requests and complaints, follows up on issues, coordinates with service providers, sends communications, and automates recurring tasks. Eloria uses each property's documents, rules, procedures, and manager instructions to provide context-aware responses and take appropriate action. It can connect to the management company's existing WhatsApp number. Managers maintain control through a web dashboard where they can monitor conversations, intervene when needed, provide instructions, and manage multiple properties. Eloria helps reduce repetitive work, improve response times, and provide better service to residents.
