Driver app is simple and dead easy to use. Route optimisation is fast and effective. API for integrations is comprehensive and well documented. **What do you dislike about Elogii?** Limited user roles (Only: admin, full access and viewer). Many software features are only available on higher priced product tiers designed and priced for higher monthly delivery volumes. **What problems is Elogii solving and how is that benefiting you?** After evalulating 20+ options, and trialling 5+, we chose Elogii for our local delivery management solution for ~160 deliveries per day, for its flexability and ability to integrate into our worfklow. Drivers were able to be quickly onboarded thanks to simple but very effective app. ### 2. I was able to add and deactivate drivers in minutes, making rerouting simple as well! **What do you dislike about Elogii?** The lack of route balancing options made it slightly difficult to ensure all my drivers received an equitable number of locations to visit on a given day. However with the upcoming implementation of route balancing coming soon, this issue will be solved and an already amazing solution will be made to be even better. **What problems is Elogii solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to quickly plan a new area for launch and the ability to quickly reroute an existing route when changes occur. I quickly realized that I was able to insert a new driver and deactivate a former driver when I wanted to reroute a certain geographical region. My company's former processes would have taken me around 4 hours to complete this task. With Elogii, It takes around 30 minutes to completely reroute a region. ### 3. Better yet, when I had suggestions for new features, they implemented them quickly. **What do you dislike about Elogii?** A few of the features were hard to find, but the support was so helpful that it was resolved within minutes. **What problems is Elogii solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dispatching a field crew to stores across the entire country with schedules changing very frequently. ### 4.
