(2)4.5/5

Elly is an AI-native recruiting platform with a free ATS at its core. It helps teams manage application review, interviewing, note capture, and hiring workflows in one place, reducing manual work while improving candidate signal and team alignment. Elly includes purpose-built AI products that support key stages of hiring: AI Sourcer Identify relevant candidates faster by going beyond inbound applicants and resume review. AI Interviewer Run structured screening interviews asynchronously, helping recruiters save time while giving hiring managers more consistent signal. AI Notetaker Automatically record, transcribe, and summarize interviews so teams can stay focused on the conversation and keep better context. Teams can start with the workflows they need and expand over time. Unlike point solutions that only address one step of hiring, Elly is built to support the broader recruiting process while keeping humans in control of decisions.
