The biggest feature I dislike about Colleague is the inability to access records that a coworker has open. It wouldn't be so frustrating but usually this "locks" the student record and can cause a hold-up in processing. I need more enhancement and doing some calculations inside the banner, especially in tuition, as we use a huge pat of fin aid awards based on a discount of tuition. Some of the forms are clunky and require you to click the same buttons (or use keyboard shortcuts) over and over to get through a form.
