Encompass is super nice because it's the one stop hub for all things leads or profile. There are so many sections on a customer's E360 page that it's awesome to be able to get all the information in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is EXTREMELY SLOW. The system does not update real time, and it also takes way too long to open. If a client calls, it takes an awkwardly long amount of time to open the program. In today's world, it should honestly be as automatic as a website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that everything is integrated within this one system. Credit, Rates, Contacts, Underwriting, etc. The applications that I take are synced with other CRM's and the calculations are made for me.
