**What do you like best about Ellie.ai?**

Business processes can sometimes be very complicated, and they can destroy the strategy of your roles and responsibilities. So we must design and lay out our business journeys to model it. This will help visualize and conceptualize the business process, which involves a lot of stakeholders. This gives out clear understanding on roles and responsibilities.

**What do you dislike about Ellie.ai?**

Ellie data modeling is a tool that has a standard way of dealing with things. But sometimes, it can become very complex to put up the business process. Like multiple roles, multiple workflows etc., it can sometimes be a bit difficult to visualize and put it up. So to ease that process, if it can be more straightforward, it works better.

**What problems is Ellie.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a big organization with more extensive and complex processes. Now with a varied background of digital teams, business processes, architecture teams and support organizations - it can become supercritical to lay down the correct process. That's when we have Ellie data modeler, who helps visualize the business process and get that clarity across different teams and roles. This eliminates confusion and makes apparent responsibilities.
