What do you like best about Elium?

For a long time, we were seeking a solution that is both scalable, easy to use and reflect this needs of having countries and departments exchangement information. As a global pharma company, regulations is key and having a repository where not only you can track document changes, but you can unleash comments on them sparks the whole company internal communication.

I also like the fact that this is not just a tool, someone from the company came and tried to guide us as best as possible to the maximum usage of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elium?

Still a bit too work on for instance on external sharing capabilities and overall customisations of the platform. It is pretty rigide compare to a true Intranet but more flexible that social intranets such as Yammer. Not cheap neither. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Elium:

If you were strugling between Yammer and Sharepoint and looking to a challenger, this is it. It is not as pharma regulated as Zinc ahead, but we decided to take a platform doing 90% of what we need then using something heavier and using only 50%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Elium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Removing fences between departments and countries by using shared spaces. Ensure regulatory approval of marketing materials through workflows. Avoid the mess on our hard drive by making sure no duplicates polutte the server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
