Business management and booking software for independent sports coaches and small academies. A branded coaching website connects to booking pages, lesson packages and prepaid credits, payments, reminders, and client records in one system. Availability follows where the coach teaches, so clients only see times that fit the venue and the drive between locations. Coaches can sell private lessons, deposits, packages, clinics, camps, weekly classes, memberships, waivers, and paid asynchronous video reviews, depending on plan. On Core and Elite, payments go to the coach's own connected Stripe account. The software is the booking system, not the merchant of record and not a marketplace, so the coach keeps the calendar, the client relationship, and the money. Neither monthly plan adds a platform fee to client payments, and Stripe processing fees apply. A per-lesson link lets clients reschedule or cancel within the coach's rules. Built for independent coaches in pickleball, tennis, golf, baseball, softball, soccer, and related private instruction. Not built for multi-coach facilities that need household accounts, waitlists, payroll, or retail point of sale.
