**What do you like best about Eli?**

User friendly system for both candidate and administrator, easily editable.

**What do you dislike about Eli?**

There is nothing that I can think of that I would change.

**What problems is Eli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The candidate experience is sleek and professional, Eli is fed from our ATS system so no manual intervention is required in setting up new starters. Their contract is loaded onto the system and they are assigned the relevant new starter forms for their role. The system provides great MI on page views, time on site and we have seen a high engagement score since implementing. We regularly receive excellent feedback on the onboarding platform, how easy it is to navigate and how informative it is. From an Admin perspective, the system is easy to edit and can be updated in real time with no requirement for a third party to upload any content for you.

**What do you like best about Eli?**

You can make Eli your own - navigation, customisation, permissions, tailor for each audience differently! The team give you enough training and resources to allow you to take advantage of a platform that's fully self-serviced without relying on waiting for dev teams to make updates slowing your reactivity to candidate needs.

**What do you dislike about Eli?**

Having to wait for the next developments on the roadmap!

**What problems is Eli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an onboarding platform, Eli allows us to engage with our candidates and offer holders right from their job offer until they start in post.
