Eli is the employee engagement platform that turns internal communications into measurable participation—and real impact. Built for HR, Internal Comms, People Ops and engagement leaders, Eli helps you reach everyone (not just the “usual suspects”) with campaigns employees actually want to join. Create content people want to engage with: articles, videos, quizzes, polls and actions. Run multi-week programs and company challenges with an easy drag-and-drop timeline. Lean on 200+ ready-to-use topics and an AI-powered editor to adapt everything to your tone of voice. Deploy where employees are: a mobile-first experience with gamification (scores, levels, achievements) and social features that bring teams together—plus automated outreach via email, push and in-app messages, and simple onboarding to drive adoption. Track what matters in real time: reach, participation and comprehension by site, team or business unit—so you can iterate fast and prove results. Eli, software for the people.
