Fast, efficient, and all in good humour ! \*Stability / access for everyday use, for us and our partners. \*Improvements : A lot of things from the team, but they also listened to our requests. Whether through a full configurator for our partners or a simplified version for a customer via the website/showroom (to obtain a price). - Instead of having to use another application, we also use it to create our production sheet, build our BOM, implement Templates, etc. - Elfsquad is also linked with our ERP to simplify the sync. and export data's. - Our commercial / seller team is also using Elfsquad on day to day so we don't need to use a CRM for the time being. - Our business is growing year after year and we have the feeling that Elfsquad is growing with us ! There are no built-in report, you'll need to use Power-BI for reporting (there's an official Elfsquad plug-in for this), or create your own reporting function in Elfsquad.
