What do you like best about Elfsight?

The application is very flexible and dynamic and love how the review app includes the top travel sites such as Airbnb, Google Reviews, Booking and more. I like how many options it has to stylize my apps, including custom CSS. Adding the widget to my website was super easy to do. Just copy and paste to my Wordpress website, and it worked great. No problems with my Elementor Pro setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elfsight?

I honestly do not have anything I do not like about this app. I actually do like that the app is outside and easy to edit from there. I guess the one thing I wish was higher threshold for smaller packages like up to 10,000 monthly visits would be great for a small business especially during peak travel seasons when traffic organically rises. What do you like best about Elfsight?

We use Elfsight as a non-profit for our digital platforms. Our goal is to provide engaging content to our users and to make their digital presence on our webpages enjoyable, fun, and easy. We aren't even using 10% of all the apps that Elfsight offers, but the ones we are using are bringing a great added value to our websites! I like how easy it is to create, customise and add the widgets to our websites, and the customer support team has been very helpful when we reached out. What do you like best about Elfsight?

I use Elfsight because Squarespace's templates are missing at least 25 widgets or features that I need. Either that - or their built in features aren't flexible enough.

I expected the product to work flawlessly. But - what I wasn't expecting was the high level of service and support. This is not an expensive product - so the fact that their development team hopped on a ticket for an issue I had - and had logged into my account, written up some custom code to resolve my issue - that's incredible. This level of support is not something you'd expect to recieve at such a low pricepoint.

This support provides me with the confidence I need to graft Elfsight's apps into every aspect of my site, without having to worry that I'll need to rip and replace in the future.

What do you like best about Elfsight?

It's a very simple solution to a requirement we had, and worked perfectly. Allowed us to embed a custom scheduler into our web site to kick off the process of scheduling customers for webinars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elfsight?

They seem to have hit some large scale technical issues which have completely broken the service for us. They acknowledge the problem, but it's been down for days. We initially got a response and engagement from their support, but now we are not able to raise any help when following up. In fact, it looks like our original request for help was deleted. We are unable to raise help via phone. And when trying to post to their community forum, we are met with the similar "broken page" that we are getting from their core service. Very disappointed. We've actually encountered a significant challenge that took us a long time to resolve. Certain elements were beyond our direct control because the issue occurred on our partner's side. It was the first time our service experienced such a severe impact, providing us with valuable insights, and we've already taken steps to prevent such incidents in the future.
