The problem is, your list of things and features you'd like is probably different than Groove's list of features to add. That said, Elfsight has a great complement of features that would be great to have on there - including calendar features and member listings. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** The Calendar widget needs to be updated. It should have the same repetition features as Google calendar. As soon as those features are added, my list of "dislikes" will be practically zero. **Recommendations to others considering Elfsight:** There are no plugin suites out there that do the job for Groove as Elfsight does! **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lack of features on Groove.cm - It's given us even more ideas to add to sites with the release of additional plugins! I didn't know what was going to happen to the other subscriptions. Elfsight customer service contacted me and said it was their glitch. They were very kind and discounted my payment, then extended it to December instead of making a September payment. This adjustment helped out my business finances when I needed it the most. The billing model for Elfsight reminds me of cellular phone plans in the USA during the 1990s: everything is pay per minute and you're nickel-and-dimed. Their plan should simply include "widgets" + unlimited views. No one has time/energy for that sort of petty billing. **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Of the many widgets Elfsight offers, we currently use two (perhaps their most popular): Instagram and online reviews. Meaning I can use their Instagram widget as a gallery for my Clients. All client side. They just update Instagram and boom! There is a downside, however, in that if you use this "Multiple Sources" mode the display can at times have performance issues due to limitations with Instagram itself. It also seems to be one of the best priced services out there. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** I dislike the intermittent poor performance of the Instagram widget when you choose the "Multiple Sources" mode that is capable of displaying Instagram Reels. I tried shopping around for a better service than Elfsight in this area and there actually is none. The other services don't even allow you to display Instagram Reels. So even though I don't like this aspect of the Elfsight Instagram widget, the competition seems even worse. But in fairness, I only needed two of their huge library of widgets.
