I first came across Elfsight when I looking at new websites for a company as a consultant. I noticed a web developer using them. When I was building my own company, I loved how easy it was to implement widgets on Shopify. Sometimes themes can be a bit lacking so having the ability to put HTML in is useful. I don't like the idea of something not displaying if you go over your view allowance. I think there should be some sort of Pay as you go system so if your views go over, you can have peace of mind that it will still show, but on a pay as you go rate which you should clear before the next month OR it gets added to your next annual or monthly bill... this way, the show goes on. Elfsight has a modern, adjustable look - which gives me flexibility for styling the widgets to accommodate our current special. I used another widget prior to Elfsight and it was not at all streamlined or modern looking. Elfsight will also install your widget for you so you don't have to pay a developer. Their turn around time is excellent AND, they're super friendly (shout out to Nataly). For a small business owner, it's great to have extra support. We use BigCommerce and while the integration is easy to use, it's also nice to have support. We use Elfsight to publicize all of our call-outs. So we use it all of the time for different promotions.
