We build all our clients websites in WordPress so adding a piece of code rather than slowing down a website with several plugins is a blessing. 3. Security wise, its better than having to rely on updating plugins. 4. The interface for creating the apps is so easy, you dont need any training. 5. Compared to plugins, we dont need to setup api keys on Google and other services. We only have had to upgrade our account after 1 year. Styling and configuring to your needs is also simple and intuitive. Elfsight widgets look modern and clean already out of the box. Moreover, whenever I requested some unique styling or widget position adjustment, their support never let me down and went the extra step to style the widget like I wanted free of charge. I highly recommend Elfsight to any internet business owner. It is the best widget suit I know of: friendly pricing, easy to implement, intuitive configuration, abundant styling options, and superbly fast excellent support. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** Google Reviews widget currently allows filtering out only from 100 most recent reviews. So, it is impossible to show (by filter or individually select) an older review that is not in the most recent 100 reviews. Since we already have 460 google reviews, we cannot show some ravingly good reviews from within the first 360. **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have implemented the Google Reviews widget on our e-shop and immediately experienced a much higher conversion rate. Moreover, the Google Reviews widget has the option to show reviews with five stars only... Also, we use the with much success Contact Form, Click to Call and Social feed widget. I have created about 8 widgets now and replaced old apps (paid/free) with Elfsight widgets. The one thing I noticed immediately was the speed of the widgets. Compared to my previous apps, the speed was way faster and loaded almost immediately. The interface itself is commendable. Very intuitive, easy to use and you don't really need IT skills to get right on it. For that reason alone, I give it a thumbs app. The support is worth mentioning too, I had trouble with a few things (the views etc) and they were very quick to help. There's nothing worse than gettting an app with zero support so this means a lot to us. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** The only thing that I feel is a setback is the views and how it's counted. You have to be smart on where you put your widget. As every view counts if a customer keep loading the page where the widget is, it will count to your views. **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is streamlining my website design. Rather than have a myriad of apps from all over the place take care of the functionalities, I have one company that handles all the aspects of my website. I really believe increasing the amount from 5,000 to 10,000 would definitely increase your customer base. The annual plan is the way to go. I was having trouble with one app, asked for help and left it at that. Next, I received an email that the problem was solved. They went in and fixed the code for my app in the CSS for me (whereas most companies would have just emailed and said here's the code to fix it, good luck) and then emailed me the info so I would have it for any changes I may want to make in the future. Is Elfsight worth it? Hell yeah Do I recommend it? Hell ya Can they improve their service? For example, contact forms are easy to set up and use in 5 minutes, without having to set up SMTP etc. This saves a lot of time. In addition, the Google Maps widgets are very nice for me to work with with my own logos. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** That there are few new widgets coming. But I wouldn't know which one either, because there's already a lot.
