I have been using Elfsight since I first saw an Appsumo campaign, and it's one of the best deals I bought from Appsumo. You can save a massive amount of time using these widgets instead of coding yourself. I have them setup up on our Shopify store, which was quick and easy. We mainly use the PDF Embed, WhatsApp and logo widgets. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** The usage limits are there for a reason however, at the moment, there is no way to see which individual pages on your website are using the most views for a particular widget. Elfsight said they will be adding this feature in the near future. **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main win with Elfsite is the amount of time you save not having to code the individual widgets yourself. The all-in-one review embed allows you to embed reviews from a ton of popular review sites quickly. We also use their forms when the native forms we typically use are having STMP deliverability issues. Elfsight forms just always work! **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** Not much. They change the interface of the backend pretty regularly, so my only minor complaint would be having to re-learn how to do something again with the new design. Elfsight Widgets have improved the user experience. In addition, have great style and are easy to use. Since we started with Elfsight we have continued to use more of their widgets, and it's my go-to for including additional functionality quickly. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** In the beginning, Elfsight was more open to adding widgets you would recommend or changes to widgets. They have slowed that process to a crawl within the last year or so. I'm sure that this has to do with company growth and staying up to date with widgets they already have. I would like to see some more cutting-edge widgets coming under their belt, including ( youtube stories widget ), an E-commerce product feed loader from a Google business profile, and Facebook products. Job board feed loader from indeed. Updates to the slider widgets that compare to Theme punch slider revolution. I realize some of this is a tall order. From a business perspective, every widget is a complete project where you must consider time, cost, investment, and audience to justify the spend, and most importantly, when you can see a return on the project. Overall I'm thrilled with the service level and response I get from them. Even if I suggest an idea that will go nowhere, they always get back to me quickly to chat about it. Let's not overlook, though, overall, and most importantly, their widgets work, the code loads fast, and their service is solid. **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Insight solves the problem of getting functionality we don't have to code and style ourselves. We don't have a WordPress site, and it's not built on Shopify. The website we built for speed has a lot of PHP, and HTML. That posed a problem in getting updated functionality on the website. The same applies to the description of the event. The description does not start at the beginning of the line. And the line spacing is too tight. After the widget is created, just a simple cut and paste of the code into my blog template and the Elfsight content appears on the blog page like magic with no additional tweaking. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** At the present time, my favorite widget is the Photo Gallery, which allows me to easily create professional galleries, which can be chosen several different gallery configurations and layouts. I only wish Elfsight would offer "suggested sizes" for the images (width and height in pixels) for the the best display in the photo gallery frames. A recommended pixel width and depth would be helpful to eliminate the guesswork to have your image cropped correctly and centered in the frame within the gallery. **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem of compiling code for specific functions or enhanced and unique content for my blog is solved with Elfsight 's many widgets that are available.
