I was able to tweak the design to perfectly match our brand's aesthetic, making the reviews look like a native, professional part of our site. If I had to make a suggestion for a minor improvement, it would be to have the ability to filter out our own machine IDs or IP addresses from the view count. This would prevent our backend work from inflating the load statistics. However, this is just a small niggle, and the core product is absolutely fantastic and delivers on all its promises. I have been using Elfsight Widgets for some time now on several of my clients' websites, especially widgets for forms, reviews and social media. I have to say that they are very well made and work as you would expect, or maybe even better! Setting them up is really easy and enjoyable, creation and management are very intuitive and even those with no experience can quickly get great results. When you think you would like the widget to have a function, it most likely does! The truly amazing thing is the support service. On several occasions, when I needed help or advice, within a few hours a support guy called Pavel, very kind and knowledgeable, answered me and helped me find the most suitable solution to get what I wanted to optimize the functioning of the widgets.
