They continue to add new tools all the time and have a very active roadmap of upcoming tools. As a web designer and funnel-builder, Elfsight has been my secret weapon to add extra functionality (galleries, pop-up contact forms, social media feeds, etc) that often aren't available out of the box on many platforms. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** The only real downside that I can think of is that because the widgets are iFramed in, you don't get the SEO benefit of hosting the images / content directly on your site. Really great way to get a premium-coded look, without having to hire a front-end dev, and without having to use any design software. Just choose your settings, get premium design, enter your code, and you're good. We've installed our scripts for various types of widgets in our client portals, eLearning academy/platform, and our main website. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** The option to add custom CSS for some of the widgets, but not all is kind of random; not all of them have it. For those that do, if you don't know how to set the CSS (we can if we try hard, but we'd rather not!), or your website doesn't for you, it's just a default serif font that renders. Looks akward when everything else is SO perfect! Only for a few widgets though. If they could fix this, so that you can control the styles on those few widgets with (through the native widget settings) or without CSS, it would be perfect, perfect! **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coding. We do not want to do custom code and front-end design for all the widgets and features we want. Also, with many of the floating widgets Elf Sight offers, we would normally have to get some or all of them from different SaaS. It's really nice that there are a lot of low-code options (copy and paste your script) in one subscription. I'm always worried when adding something new to my most prominent site, which has thousands of pages. Anyway, I decided I wanted an easy way for site visitors to share my content, so I jumped in head first. I completed step one - construct your personalized Social Buttons. This took about 5 minutes and was straightforward. After signing up for the Pro plan, I received the code to place it on my website. It was two lines of code by the way. I placed the code on my website templates, and there were four different templates. The software I use, automatically adds the code to the HTML pages. I then uploaded the templates and changed HTML pages. The process took about 20 minutes, and the buttons functioned precisely how I wanted them to. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** As of now, I don't have anything bad to say about Elfsight. I am anxious to see how the software improves social sharing for my website. The only thing I found confusing was that my plan included nine widgets, not sure if that means that I can use 8 additional widgets other than the Social Share widget. **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting my website visitors to share content through social media. I may check out some of their other widgets in the near future. But for some reason I tried a second time-- and I'm glad I did. My website looks better because of it. I do wish that it was a bit easier to make adjustments to created/installed widgets. I could be missing something, but it seems like you have to delete the widget, and start fresh. Regardless, though, great product. Decent pricing on the basic end. A bit over priced at the top tier.
