I noticed a web developer using them. When I was building my own company, I loved how easy it was to implement widgets on Shopify. Sometimes themes can be a bit lacking so having the ability to put HTML in is useful. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** The only thing I don't like is that their widgets come in tiers. I don't like the idea of something not displaying if you go over your view allowance. Their turn around time is excellent AND, they're super friendly (shout out to Nataly). For a small business owner, it's great to have extra support. We use BigCommerce and while the integration is easy to use, it's also nice to have support. We use Elfsight to publicize all of our call-outs. I've had no specific issues, so never needed to reach out to support. Recently, I was using one of their form apps and realized it did not have a way to 'hide' the CTA on specific pages, as many of their apps do. I reached out through chat and explained my need and a few days later, I had custom code in my inbox (with the link to my specific app already included). I asked for a small tweak, and they responded with new code. I did not expect this level of support. After all, they offer almost/over a hundred different widgets and I can't imagine them customizing them like that. But they did. Again, A+++ for support and the widgets I've used have just worked. No issues. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** Nothing. The widgets they've created are all excellent. Never had an issue. **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes I don't want to use a custom plugin in wordpress to do something like a social feed or a floating cta contact form. Eflsight widgets are perfect for this and offer excellent flexibility in styling the elements. I currently use photoshop for creating custom background images, think along the lines of adding some music notes and a guitar for when I make a pop up about a music band. These are the kinds of things i personlly do not enjoy developing and simple don't have the time for. This is not an expensive product - so the fact that their development team hopped on a ticket for an issue I had - and had logged into my account, written up some custom code to resolve my issue - that's incredible. Allowed us to embed a custom scheduler into our web site to kick off the process of scheduling customers for webinars. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** They seem to have hit some large scale technical issues which have completely broken the service for us. They acknowledge the problem, but it's been down for days. We initially got a response and engagement from their support, but now we are not able to raise any help when following up. In fact, it looks like our original request for help was deleted. We are unable to raise help via phone. And when trying to post to their community forum, we are met with the similar "broken page" that we are getting from their core service. Elfsight widgets are helping me to integrate attractive video galleries, photo galleries, pop-up promotions, information boxes and instagram feeds into our tumblr.com based websites.
