The widgets are easy to use and install on any WordPress or Shopify site. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** I don't particularly appreciate how sometimes, when I've scrolled down the page on the website I'm building; the gallery hasn't loaded. Sometimes it doesn't load for a couple of seconds. So, I'm not sure if those images get cached in the browser or not or if they could be cached on CDN servers. Something needs to be sped up, though, in that regard. Of course, it may be the difference between a gallery with many pictures and one with only a small amount. **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've solved the problem of inserting quality galleries and social media buttons on my website so far. On another page show all events for the year). Those are often difficult to imbed properly and have it size on the website properly. I've also used the Java based contact form and don't have to rely on my client's server using a current version of PHP. The click to call button is great and implemented on all my clients websites. All of their apps allow me to custom color with hex or rgb values. All apps these allow me to deliver enhanced value for my clients which they do appreciate. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** The contact form I don't have complete control of the layout. Elfsights layouts are all vertical, which is fine for mobile, but looks out of place on a high resolution desktop monitor with the wide layouts typically used in a contact form. Imagine a tall slim Elfsight contact form sitting above the wide edge-to-edge Google Map below. Definitely need an upgrade here. Overall, ehh. I can live with it. I will sacrifice aesthetic for 100% reliability everyday. So first of all, it is not a "Viber Live Chat". What if the customer does not have Viber installed on his computer? Second, when you subscribe for the cheapest monthly plan, that is supposed to work for 5000 loads, they disable it in the middle of the month so that you can pay more. I have between 40 and 50 visitors a day to my web site, but yet in the middle of the month they disable the app and ask me to upgrade my subscription plan! How do I make those 5000 loads with my 40 visitors a day??? You have no proof that you have "exhausted" those 5000 loads, you just have to trust them. I strongly believe that they do it on purpose to force you to upgrade your subscription plan and pay them more money!!! **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** No problems have been solved! **Official Response from Max Elfsight:** > Dear George, We cannot express how sorry and upset we are to know about your experience with our Viber Chat! As far as we can see, you display the widget on every page on your website, which could significantly increase the number of loadings. But if the views limit appears to be insufficient, we send several email notifications so that the widget deactivation doesn't come as a surprise. We're terribly sorry if you didn't receive them and we'll be happy to look into this issue and find out what went wrong. Again, we're beyond sorry about such a disappointing experience you have had! And everything is under one umbrella, instead of relying on a handful of random plugins that all have their own learning curves. I have never found a tool that surpasses Elfsight. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** In my experience, the Instagram widgets rack up the most views and I will occasionally go over my limit at my current subscription level. But I understand that I could be charging my clients annually for these features, and even profiting from their use. So while the Pro plan seems expensive at first view, I know that I can cover the cost with better business practices. But more than that, the support team is super helpful with customization to ensure that the widgets look great on your site. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** I have many widgets, and it's challenging to find one and update its content. I would love to be able to search for one of my widgets, as currently, I have to scroll through pages and pages to update one of my widgets. **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** We teach guitar to kids. The solution for Google, Facebook and other reviews allows dynamic reviews to display. Also their customer support is really caring and gives effective tips, which is a pleasant change from most customer supports. **What do you dislike about Elfsight?** Their service tends to be a little unstable in means of user interface and widget performance, but as said above, their support is really helpful and resolved my problems fast and effectively. **What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everyday things like embedded Instagram accounts and Facebook Feeds, social share buttons for blog articles, embedded Google reviews and other stuff.
