Its flagship product is Sloane, an AI admissions agent built specifically for senior living. The problem Sloane solves is arithmetic, not effort. A senior living community is staffed during business hours, and one person cannot give a tour and answer the phone at the same time. So a family researching care for a parent calls a shortlist at 9pm on a Sunday, reaches voicemail, and dials the next community. The missed call leaves no trace in any system, which is why most operators do not know it happened. The gap is measurable. Elevyr ran a pre-registered mystery-shop study of after-hours phone coverage at Southern California senior living communities of 36 to 150 licensed beds, publishing the method before placing a single call. On Sunday evenings, 53.6% of calls reached a live person. On Wednesday mornings, 77.3% did. Nearly half of the families who called on a Sunday night never reached anyone. Sloane sits behind the community's existing call forwarding. During office hours she answers only after the staff's chosen ring window has passed. Once the office closes, she answers on the first ring, because nobody else is going to. She qualifies the family for fit, including an honest Medicare screen that tells a family the truth rather than booking a tour that was never going to work. She matches the resident's interests to amenities pulled from the community's own documents, and she books the tour directly onto the admissions calendar. When she does not know something, she takes a message and promises a human callback. She never invents an answer. Sloane is built for assisted living, memory care, independent living, and residential care homes for the elderly, also known as board and care homes. The community keeps its own phone number and its own admissions team. Sloane covers the calls that team was never going to reach, so a family calling at 9pm on a Sunday gets the same careful first conversation as one calling at 10am on a Wednesday.
