Electronic Invoiving helps keep everything organized and on track. What problems is EleVia Electronic Invoicing solving and how is that benefiting you? Under our old paper based systems, PMs would often misplace their invoicing documents which caused delays and rework. Documents can never get lost with EI and it is easy to track the status of any invoice at any time. We've also saved significant amounts of paper and space by migrating to this paperless system. Easy to share with PM's or Principals for invoice review. Most items can be found in one place, it is nice to be able to look back at older invocing. Product does not always interact correctly with Deltek. Projects that are a percentage of construction billing parameters are very difficult to update. Also, the options menu is not very helpful. It does not let you get down to the detail level I would like. For instance, if you want to limit the accounts that can be accessed, there's no way to do so at the account level, you can only disallow entire account groups.
