"Natural-Sounding, Fast, and Truly Production-Ready TTS"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ElevenLabs?

It’s the most natural-sounding TTS I’ve used, especially for longer scripts where a lot of tools start to feel a bit robotic. It’s also fast to work with, I can generate, tweak, regenerate, and move on without overthinking it. Overall it just feels “production-ready” way more often than not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ElevenLabs?

It can get pricey once you start doing longer pieces or a lot of iterations. Also, it still trips up sometimes on acronyms, brand names, and random proper nouns, so I’ll occasionally have to reword a line or do a couple of takes to get it clean. Not a dealbreaker, just part of the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ummm this is a no brainer! Get it!"
5/5
What do you like best about ElevenLabs?

The clear and user friendly interface. I am not great with technology to say it mildly. But with Eleven Labs I can get exactly what I am looking for so quick and easy! I wasn't sure if I was going to use it since the other platforms I use already have voice options too... But I have used all my credits for the free program and I have since upgraded 2 levels! What do you dislike about ElevenLabs?

The search bar and tools to filter are a bit lacking. I found a voice I loved and I recreated my character on a different platform and went to search for the voice but it wasn't loading. I am not sure if it was removed or just the search bar being weird. Also when you search for say Emma you would think all Emma named voices would be at the top... They are not.

I also wish there was a clear way to add in some inflection or better ways to pause the voice. Like brackets or something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Voice Cloning with User Safeguards"
5/5
What do you like best about ElevenLabs?

I like that ElevenLabs allows me to create evenly toned voice overs, even when I'm sick or working in a noisy environment. The ability to create a clone of my voice stood out to me, especially since I had to enter my own voice live to ensure I wasn't trying to clone someone else's voice for nefarious uses. The initial setup of ElevenLabs was very easy and I didn't need any tutorials or training; it was super simple to understand right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ElevenLabs?

The newer versions of their voice-over software are a little bit too expressive, and they don't sound as human as the older versions. Also, occasionally when I export a voiceover file, it cuts off the first 1-2 seconds for some reason, and I have to completely re-generate the file Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Voice Quality, Simplifies Content Scaling"
4/5
What do you like best about ElevenLabs?

I use ElevenLabs for voice agent and content production at my financial advisory firm. I find that it helps us scale content production without needing to increase our headcount. It allows a small team to deliver consistent, professional audio content for client education and newsletters. The voice quality is exceptional, and I am particularly impressed with the voice cloning and realism—it sounds like a real person, not a robot. I also appreciate that the initial setup was relatively straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ElevenLabs?

I'm still evaluating, but CRM integration and workflow setup could be simpler. Better guides for small business deployment would help. Also, the advanced features have a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Workflow, Professional Custom Voices, and Amazing Sound Effects"
5/5
What do you like best about ElevenLabs?

Its easy to use, and the workflow feels smooth from start to finish. I can create high-quality custom voices, and I can also choose from a solid library of ready-made voices. Overall, it feels professional and reliable. Downloading audio is quick and straightforward, and the sound effects are amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ElevenLabs?

It does feel expensive, and the credits you get dont always go far enough. On top of that, some of the text-to-speech models eg.: Hungarian ones can be unreliable. sometimes the voice glitches, cuts out, or sounds different mid-sentence compared to the beginning. That inconsistency makes it harder to trust for polished, professional results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High-Quality Voiceovers Made Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ElevenLabs?

I like that ElevenLabs allows me to create high-quality narration for my freelance video projects without needing a soundproof booth or high-quality mic. The ability to generate studio-quality voiceovers in noisy environments, like a crowded cafeteria, is a lifesaver, and the audio is crystal clear and professional. I can quickly iterate on my projects without the need to re-record, just by tweaking the text and hitting generate. The feature to easily switch between professional corporate tones to high-energy voices in seconds is impressive. I really appreciate the startup plan and the professional plan that I've tried recently. What stands out most is how I can create very custom voiceovers by typing effects like low cinematic bass, high excitement, or even a gasp or whisper. It avoids sounding robotic or AI-generated. The multilingual model is also very helpful for translating my scripts into various accents like British or American English, saving me from paying extra for specific accents. Plus, the background music creation that matches the mood of my prompt saves me from digging through royalty-free libraries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ElevenLabs?

What I don't really like is when you're paying for a subscription with your own money, the fails hurt a lot more because they cost you credits. The credit drain is my biggest gripe. Every time the AI misinterprets a sentence or adds a weird glitch and I have to hit generate, it takes up my credits. If there could be a low-res preview just to test the sentences' intonation for free, that would be really good. Another issue is sometimes when changing the voiceover to a different accent, it doesn't really dilute the previous or base accent. You end up with a mixture of accents, like Indian plus Latin, which is not that great. If I'm opting for a British English voiceover, I would rather it be entirely British. Of course, there is some hallucination that happens, and if you click on generate multiple times, it shows there's an unstable long-form generation, which is a bad way to use all your credits. "Simplifies Media Creation, Needs Improved Chat Assist"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ElevenLabs?

I use ElevenLabs to generate animations, illustrations, and voice overs. The nodes for video, image, voice, and sfx generation are awesome. It allows me to create animations in a short period of time all in a single app. This single platform makes creating media simple, without having to find the right models and pay for them. I don’t have to create complex workflows and integrate multiple APIs, which saves me a ton of time. I can manage billing and creation in one place. The initial setup of ElevenLabs was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ElevenLabs?

The chat assist function is quite limited. I think better RAG and Knowledge base setup would result in a more functional chat assistant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched voice quality and customization with intuitive platform"
5/5
What do you like best about ElevenLabs?

The platform is incredibly intuitive to use with the largest and highest-quality voice library available. Voice cloning works surprisingly accurately, capturing nuances that other services miss. The AI Enhance feature adds natural liveliness to text that would otherwise sound robotic. Extensive customization options let me fine-tune voices for different projects and objectives, and the range of additional features keeps expanding with genuinely useful tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ElevenLabs?

Technical support response times can be slow, especially for complex issues like when a voice clone passes verification but throws errors when trying to use it, forcing me to repeat the entire process. AI features and video/photo generation consume credits quickly, making it expensive to use everything in one platform when cheaper specialized services exist for those specific tasks. "Quick, Easy Workflow with a Broad Selection of Voices and Styles"
4/5
What do you like best about ElevenLabs?

It’s very quick and easy to work with. It offers a very broad selection of voices, tempos and styles. The recordings usually come out easily sounding natural and need little to no editing afterwards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ElevenLabs?

A large part of the voices are very odd and do not sound natural, but there are a few that are just right, so it’s not a huge issue that so many of them don’t work. Also I’m very often confused about how exactly credits are subtracted when re-generating after small adjustments. Maybe it would be better if it was possible to adjust only parts of the recordings, not to have to re-generate the whole thing for each edit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
