For example, a digital Guest Guide goes out two days before check-in with house rules, check-in steps, and upsells. AI-assisted guest messaging can be switched on per reservation. Housekeeping and operations: Schedule cleanings by staff and property, run checklists with time estimates, track cleaning duration, and rate cleaning quality per listing. Create and assign tasks across roles, from maintenance to pool and laundry teams. Mobile app for field teams: Elev8 Go puts cleanings, tasks, attendance clock-in, and guest and internal inboxes on the phones of housekeepers, technicians, and coordinators. Smart locks and IoT: Assign multiple smart locks per property and manage access per reservation. With Elev8 Bridge, connect motion sensors, door sensors, and thermostatic valves, then build if/then automations. Upsells and direct revenue: Offer airport transfers, late check-out, private chefs, spa treatments, and more through the Guest Guide. Generate a direct booking website from your existing listing data. Team visibility and reporting: Role-based access across 16 roles, from general managers to owners. Activity logs, attendance exports, and revenue, occupancy, and ADR reporting per property. Who it's for Elev8 is built for operators who manage a portfolio with a team. That includes villa and apartment managers, multi-property STR companies, and boutique hotels that need hospitality-specific depth without an enterprise PMS. Each company's data is fully isolated. Pricing is flexible. You can pay per booking with a prepaid quota, or per unit with a subscription, whichever fits how your portfolio operates.
