Either they have experienced it or not. A scale of 1-5 becomes difficult to analyze. Better translations into our languages, e.g., Latvian, Estonian, Thai. Eletive takes away the guess work. You can really drill down on the results which will give you a great insite across the business without adopting a blanket approach to all, giving you the opportunity to target the help, support and training needed to the right area. The individual profiles promote self leadership which in turn gives them confidence to speak out and help build the future culture of the business. We use the monthly surveys which helps us build a picture over time rather than a snapshot result. The platform is easy to navigate and the implementation of the system was easy and trouble free. Prior and following implementation of the system the customer service we received was outstanding. There is always someone on hand to answer questions I may have.
