What do you like best about Eleo?

We sent a significant among of time organizationally researching different database management systems, as our first experience with donor software. ELEO immediately stood out to use in its ease of use and superior customer support. Every time we have had a question, a member of the ELEO team has been able to answer it in a timely manner to help us get our data uploaded and learn the new system. They helped us with uploading our data and were able to customize our fields to meet our organization's needs. The process could not have been easier. We are thrilled that we selected ELEO. What do you dislike about Eleo?

Recommendations to others considering Eleo:

It is a great donor management and database system for non-profit organizations. I highly recommend it for its ease of use and customer service. While other database systems requried expensive onboarding fees and training, ELEO was more than willing to work with us without adding extra costs for education and support. This was a deciding factor for us in choosing ELEO. Customer service is critical for our success with the technology learning curve and getting the support of our board. What problems is Eleo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to categorize our donors by giving level and improve our donor communications and engagement. This has helped most recently for our End of Year Appeal and Giving Tuesday outreach. It has also helped us track our giving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eleo?

What problems is Eleo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Eleo's ease of creating customized reports has solved the problem of double dipping into our donor base when asking for donations. Software that we were using never allowed me to really customize the report to get exactly what I was looking for. "We love Eleo!"

What do you like best about Eleo?

This system is so easy to use, customizable, affordable, and has a great support team to boot. My co-worker was having some technical issues the other day, and the Eleo called HER to find out if she needed help. easy to use and great tech support. I have used several databases that are either too large or too inefficient and Eleo fits the needs of my organization well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that I could use Eleo from my phone. I work part time so I am not always in the office but my director will call with a question and if I am away from a computer, I have to hold off with the answer.
