Their business practices are questionable. Elementor cancelled my legacy subscription of 1000 sites claiming that the auto-renewal had failed. This is despite many emails to them demonstrating that the email was never received. This seems to be a scam to get people off the legacy system which provided a subscription for 1000 sites. They also will not escalate the matter as there does not seem to be anyone in a management role that will believe a long-time loyal customer. I also decided to check if others had similar experiences and I see it is definitely a current strategy of Elementor with many other reviews on trust pilot reporting the exact experience we are going through. I got a reply saying their new product will suffice for my current websites. This is not what I need as my current websites are planned to grow and expand. Nobody has been able to even provide one email that was sent to be - their only evidence is a report or a table saying that an email was sent - this is not proof that it was sent. I have received every other email from them, yet this critical one that had an expired card goes missing. Very strange and totally unbelievable. What customer loyalty us this? All I am asking for is to update me to the status I was at before the phantom emails were supposedly sent. It looks like Elementor is just waiting for an expired card so that they can cancel the legacy package as it was a great deal at the time.
