The Wordpress integration is good, that was a critical point for us. **What do you dislike about Elementor?** The UI builder gets extremely slow and prone to freezes and crashes on fresh Mac M2 and Windows machines, our pages being pretty basic, not filled with animations or complex responsive elements. We also had tons of various plugin conflicts which added to constant technical issues and downtime, Some basic pages were also non-SEO indexable with no solution, which was our last bell. The crash issues lie in low domain memory limits on the Elementor server side, which was constantly raised by Elementor admins time after time. However this did not solve the issues with slow and laggy work of the UI builder. The worst part is we have received a great deal of useless, unhelpful responses from the customer support team during all of 2024, some of which have been pretty unprofessional and sent us to solve our issues ourselves. Earilier my biggest issue with elementor was with multiple nesing. But that has been fixed with flexbox containers. I can create complex designs, and I can add code snippits, html blocks. And there are log of 3rd party add-ons that you can get which adds, new elements and advanced features like copying the settings and styles from one element and pasting it to another. **What do you dislike about Elementor?** Now another problems I have with page builders are doing repeated tasks, option for having a global settings for a bunch of similar elements. Currently I don't think there are any such option in core elementor. And after they have added the support for the flex container, the functionality has gone to a whole new level. If you're not using Elementor on your pages, then you're probably doing things the hard way rather than doing them the smart way. **What do you dislike about Elementor?** Overall we haven't noticed more weird behavior with the plugin excepting these 2. 1. the WP AMP plugin gets into conflict with Elementor each time they're both active. I personally had to deactivate one to enable the other to run properly. 2. Elementskit Pro (only the pro version) faces the same bug with Elementor each time they're both activated. In my belief, Elemenskit is an Elementor add-on, meaning that it is supposed to assist the Elementor plugin with more extensions, features, and functionalities and not fight over what I can't tell. Our first attempt to fix this was to purge all the cache on our VPS server (as it sometimes contributes to these sudden conflicts), but it couldn't save us this frustration. We got in touch with the technical team but, till now nothing has been done. We were forced to move on with the lite version of Elementskit as we only use it for certain mega menu displays and for building custom headers & footers. **What problems is Elementor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Elementor helps us to build awesome pages which are highly responsive on all devices (mobile, tablet, and web). One is the lack of certain features out of the box. They are constantly improving the product but still could add more custom post type support and even a custom grid loop builders. The Post Widget should have more options for design layout. The menu widget also could use a lot more features for mobile in the pro version! Also, with some significant updates lately, there have been some issues upon updating the plugin. Sometimes JS scripts stop working, and the solution is to delete the plugin and reinstall it again. **What problems is Elementor solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem I had was first building a website with themes where each theme UI was different and you had to relearn everything or scroll through 1000 options on the backend to change something on the frontend. The second problem (with Webflow) was the price of software, and even though Webflow is a beautiful WYSIWYG editor and builder, you need to understand CSS and JS if you want to do some complex things. Elementor Pro for the price is fantastic (I bought the unlimited sites yearly package and have been grandfathered in to keep it). Learning the ins and outs of Elementor is not so hard, and I can train my clients in various tasks very easily.
