The biggest upside of Elementor is that is it not only user-friendly to WordPress pros, but with only a few instructions it is user-friendly for WordPress novices. **What do you dislike about Elementor?** I have really grown to dislike all the constant updates and the fact that they're constantly working on making Elementor more and more of an "everything and the kitchen sink" tool. I also dislike the fact that there seems to be a lot of things that Elementor controls that you don't realize they control until you delay one of their updates and things start to break on your site. I started finding out the hard way that this is the case when things won't work as they used to until you upgrade. That has caused a lot of strife between me and my clients. **What problems is Elementor solving and how is that benefiting you?** The one big problem Elementor has solved is to allow me to create layouts for pages in exactly the way I want them. It benefits me in that it speeds up my workflow. I've found templates and themes that I like in different marketplaces and tried to use them, but I end up just scraping the theme/template and using it as a reference while I recreate it from scratch with Elementor and without all the unnecessary code that I don't want and/or need. Plus, there are many Elementor addons by third parties that integrate well with Elementor itself, so that's a huge plus. ### 2. I got a reply saying their new product will suffice for my current websites. This is not what I need as my current websites are planned to grow and expand. Nobody has been able to even provide one email that was sent to be - their only evidence is a report or a table saying that an email was sent - this is not proof that it was sent. I have received every other email from them, yet this critical one that had an expired card goes missing. Very strange and totally unbelievable. What customer loyalty us this? All I am asking for is to update me to the status I was at before the phantom emails were supposedly sent.
