The process was buggy and incomplete, without any feedback to the user, forcing me to manually rebuild several times without success. I appreciate the potential, but the unreliable build/export functionality completely undermined my productivity. **What do you dislike about Elementor?** Their support team is unhelpful. After I submit a ticket, they insist the problem is on my end—even when I provide videos and screenshots clearly showing it’s an issue with the application/backend. Without those, you'd be completely lost. If you had to rely solely on Elementor’s own support team to solve even basic issues, you'd be absolutely screwed. The user community is doing the heavy lifting that the company clearly doesn’t care to handle. **What do you dislike about Elementor?** I’ve been completely locked out of my account for days, and Elementor's support has been utterly useless. After updating my email, 2FA stopped working entirely — no authentication codes are being sent. I've tried logging in over 50 times. Still nothing. I opened 6 support tickets. The only two times someone replied, they asked for basic info and then said they needed to escalate the issue to another department. The first time, I actually got a response from that department, asking for a new email to replace the broken one. I sent it — and never heard from them again. The second time, I wasn’t even lucky enough to get that far. I’ve followed up multiple times, and I know they’re reading the messages (I'm using Mailtrack), but they’ve completely ignored me. It's a black hole. Elementor Pro is not a professional-grade tool. It may look sleek on the surface, but if something goes wrong — especially something critical like account access — you’re completely on your own. The support team is unresponsive, disorganized, and not trustworthy. **What problems is Elementor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now, it’s solving nothing. In 4 years as their client this was my first mistake in subscribing a plan. Imediately I explained I ask a refund which was denied. I was charged $179.88 for an automatic renewal that I never intended. Even though I hadn't used the service at all in the previous year, customer support wouldn't consider a refund, citing their rigid Terms and Conditions. My repeated emails to their support team were either ignored or met with unhelpful responses. **What problems is Elementor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Elementor’s tools are intended to streamline web design, but unfortunately, they haven't been beneficial to me. Then, when I had forgotten to cancel the subscription, and despite explaining it hadn't been used, they denied an auto-renewal refund request based on their 'terms and conditions'. The vast array of pre-designed templates and the ability to customize every aspect of a website have been particularly beneficial in catering to the specific needs of various projects. They automatically set the subscription to auto-renew. I have 5 licenses with them so forgive me for forgetting to cancel one auto renewal. But when I reached out to them literally 2 minutes after an auto-renewal, they refuse to cancel! I paid $100 for the last two years without even using the service. Poor business practice. Will be moving my WP business elsewhere **What problems is Elementor solving and how is that benefiting you?** None at the moment. It was a great UI builder that helped clients update their websites, but there are more productive tools like GHL, CF, and even Shopify that exist now. It's best that users skip this headache and move to a superior website builder that doesn't have poor business practices. ### 15. Gave up and got a shopify store, Elementor didn't fix the problem, didn't give me access to the features I paid for, didn't offer to extend my subscription or give me a refund for the months of time wasted trying to fix it.
