**What do you like best about Element?**

Element has been go to marketing tool for recruiting finest talent out there.

**What do you dislike about Element?**

There not much I dislike about this. Have been using recently 

**What problems is Element solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier it would be very tedious to lookout for every possible way to market our recruitment drives. But not it has become very easy and also very efficient and effective.
