On top of that, the project management methodology, including the project manager's role with all the tools and routines they use, makes it very transparent what's happening in my project at all times, which builds trust in the process and also helps me understand what's being done and what's not. **What do you dislike about elefante RevOps?** I don't have any major complaints about our process. Of course, we had a few issues and challenges along the way, but they didn't go outside the expected challenges for such a big project as ours. **Recommendations to others considering elefante RevOps:** Elefante RevOps has a strong technical team and is highly focused on delivering your project with meticulous attention to detail. They are very knowledgeable about RevOps frameworks and demonstrate experience from previous experiences and customers, which gives me confidence in the paths we decide to take. As with any other partnership, the project only works if both the service provider and the internal team are aligned and have a high intention in making that project successful. That said, Elefante operates with the correct amount of autonomy, asking for validation and approval whenever needed. They are also flexible in understanding the project requirements as we evolve, and they adapt accordingly. This is a great thing from a service provider. I don't like it when we hire a vendor and they try to fit us into their framework with the sole purpose of making it more convenient for them, rather than prioritizing customer success. That's not the case with Elefante; they do take a lot of focus on customer success. **What problems is elefante RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?** We merged two companies above 8M ARR, and they helped us merge our two HubSpot portals as well as improve our Pipeline Attribution system.
